Having the wherewithal at the time to realise I might have just fallen asleep, I promptly snapped out of the dream space and back into my body through the breath. Settling my breath, I began to forage for the smaller, more manageable cuts. Remembering my Yoga, the task felt easy. Present momentness becomes as natural as the breath when there are dire physical consequences.
Almost immediately I could sense something different was occurring in my body. A steady vibration was present, it's source appeared to be the mula banda. It kept me in superb balance, my weight distributed evenly between both legs.
